VALOR: Q&A with Tom Smoot on PTSD

Tom Smoot of the Lift and Shift Foundation took time to answer some of our questions regarding PTSD. As this month has focused on PTSD Awareness, we have encouraged folks to share their thoughts, anecdotes, and experiences with PTSD. We are so incredibly grateful that Tom was willing to share his responses with us and we're pleased to share them with you.

If you found this helpful or know of someone who would appreciate this insight, feel free to share. Also please check out the Lift and Shift Foundation for more information and a fantastic list of resources for anyone going through PTSD or in need of veteran assistance.

If you would like to share your experiences of PTSD or would like to answer the question "What does VALOR mean to you?" contact us here hello@drawnfromvalor.org and we would be happy to chat with you.
