Signal Boost: National Cartoonists Society Have a New Activity Book!

Our friends, the National Cartoonists’ Society just released an activity book that is pay-what-you-can, with proceeds going to their 501(c)(3) National Cartoonists’ Society Foundation (NCSF).

NCSF "advances the ideals and standards of the cartooning profession, to stimulate and encourage aspiring cartoonists through scholarships and educational programs, and to provide financial assistance to cartoonists and their families in times of hardship." In addition to their scholarship and financial programs, they also do educational and charitable programs, including work with hospitals, the USO, and the Ohio State University's Cartoon Research Library among others.

During COVID-19, they've taken their webinars and gatherings online, but we suspect they will once again offer convention booth space to artists when Comic Conventions are once again a thing.

We're fans and think you'll love this activity book.
